TRANSPORT CANADA OFFICE - HAMILTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

STF was contracted by Public Works and Government Services to complete this second floor office renovation in an extremely tight schedule. In only 10 days, the complete second floor was remodeled and large amounts of demolition were completed to provide an open office concept; all new architectural finishes highlight this bright open work space. The building remained occupied on the first floor and the adjacent hangar throughout the renovation. Despite the tight deadlines and delivery challenges, STF exceeded the expectations of the users in completing this project successfully.

STONECHURCH FAMILY HEALTH CENTRE [more pictures]

McMaster University contracted STF to complete the Second Phase Addition to a busy Family Health Centre on Upper Ottawa Street. The addition contains mostly education spaces for the centre and will be used for future presentations, clinics and seminars. This project is anticipated to be complete by the end of March ready for occupancy.

STF has successfully completed the work all the while minimizing any disruption to the attached fully occupied and operational centre.

TOWN OF CAISTORVILLE LIBRARY [more pictures]

Constructed during the summer of 2006, this was a greatly anticipated project for the Township of West Lincoln. STF worked with the Owner in developing a workable budget for all parties in creating a library that satisfied the needs of the Township and also utilized generous input from the community residents.

WEST OAK TRAILS PARK, TOWN OF OAKVILLE

Just recently completed, this new washroom facility in West Oak Trails Park will help serve the growing community of Oakville. Built with exposed parallam lumber and attractive siding and masonry stone, the building not only looks good but will function well for the baseball players, dog walkers, tennis players and all others using this large park space. The Town of Oakville has plans to add a new splash pad facility adjacent to this washroom in the near future.
